This project is the polar opposite of seamripper as far as technology goes, but we share a similar goal: using a sewing tool which comes more naturally to us than traditional instruments to interact with sound. The talented ladies at Felted Signal Processing wired up the needle of a sewing machine and used it to play a conductive piece of fabric. See the video, and explore their ingenious projects.
